Booking
To complete a booking, you must provide your full name, arrival date, flight number, email
address, and mobile number. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a
confirmation email with your details.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in ISK or USD and include VAT, taxes, service charges, and parking fees
unless stated otherwise. We may adjust prices if needed. Full payment is charged at the
time of booking. Once paid, your transfer is confirmed and the price will not change. Tips,
travel insurance, luggage insurance, and facility fees are not included.
Weather & Safety
If weather or other conditions make the transfer unsafe, we may cancel the service. If this
happens, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
You can request booking changes by emailing [email protected]. We do not charge
fees for changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer are
non-refundable, including bookings made within that window. No-shows are also
non-refundable. If a flight is cancelled due to weather or volcanic activity, we offer free
rebooking.

District Court under Icelandic law. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains
in effect.
